By using DentalPay at dental.hartapps.com you agree to these terms. The service provides lease payment tracking, allocation, collections tooling, and tenant Pay Online for authorized dental office operators.

Authorized use

Access is granted through Keycloak identity management. You must not share credentials or attempt to access data outside your assigned role and client profile scope.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe. NSF fees, convenience fees, and ledger postings follow property-level configuration set by your administrator.

Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may be scheduled with operator notice.
