DentalPay is operated by HartApps. This policy describes how we handle information in the payment and lease management platform for dental office landlords and operators.

Information we process

The platform stores client profile, lease, ledger, and payment data entered by authorized operators. Tenant Pay Online flows process payment instructions through Stripe; card data is not stored on DentalPay servers.

Healthcare-aware workflows

DentalPay is designed for healthcare-aware payment workflows. Operators are responsible for organizational HIPAA and PHI policies. Do not enter patient clinical records into DentalPay unless your compliance program authorizes it.
